The pre-planning process is fun and easy as we handle the exhaustive search to find the right destination at the right time of year for your group.  We negotiate suite upgrades for your top VIPs and additional concessions to maximize your budget.

You will be assigned a dedicated account manager who works with you throughout the entire planning stage. We source different and creative activities, room gifts and event themes while planning delicious menus and entertainment…your winners will definitely appreciate their once-in-a-lifetime trip.

On-site, our uniformed, experienced travel directors run the show including managing transportation, group meals, golf tournaments and staffing a hospitality desk throughout the trip to answer any attendee questions.

Upon completion of the trip, we send out surveys to evaluate the success and obtain feedback for future events.  We coordinate all final reports for your files and reconcile final bills with all suppliers, then provide you with a customized final bill.
